I agree to pay the fee of $30 PER CHILD due with registration to secure a spot for my child in the registered class above. $100 PER CHILD due for the Middle/High School ART UNLOCKED class. Remaining tuition will be invoiced to you or to the Homeschool Partnership listed above. Full payment due BEFORE CLASSES BEGIN. If full payment is not received or payment plan worked out with Little Fine Arts Studio, I will forfeit my child’s spot.
