Cancellation and Refunds
* You may cancel your registration for a class series before it begins for a refund (if class was paid by parent and not paid by Home School Partnership).
* A refund less $25.00 cancelation fee will be given to a withdrawal after the first class.
* No refund will be given for withdrawal from a class series after the second class begins.
* If Little Fine Arts needs to cancel a class due to inclement weather or illness, we will attempt to contact you with as much advance notice as possible.
In-Seat Class Make-Up Policy
Because in-seat classes move forward as a group and projects build week to week, make-up options are limited.
- If a student misses a class and another in-seat class of the same level and age group meets during that same week, the student may attend that class as a make-up, pending space availability.
- Make-up classes must be completed within the same week as the missed class.
- If a student misses an entire week, no in-seat make-up classes are available, as all classes complete the same project and continue building each week.
- Missed classes cannot be carried forward to future weeks or semesters.
- Tuition is not prorated or refunded for missed classes.
- If a class is canceled due to studio choice (such as instructor availability or studio-related circumstances), the class will be made up by adding an additional week to the semester.
Thank you for understanding that this policy helps maintain consistency, flow, and a positive learning experience for all students.
Snacks, Allergies, and Wellness
* Little Fine Arts classes do not have snack time.
* Please do not send your child to class with a snack.
* Please do not bring a sick child to the class. We want to keep everyone healthy!
