Art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I enjoy the creative process, gaining inspiration from the master artist. Through God’s creation, His mercy, grace and love, all things beautiful can be seen.
I am a published artist having my works displayed at Grand Rapids Community College Art Gallery as well printed in the Display Magazine (GRCC). The Fine Arts classes I have taken has aided me in improving my own natural artistic abilities as well as inspiring other students through guided classes. I have had one of my art pieces selected to participate in a juried art show at a gallery in Wisconsin.
In addition to creating, I find great joy in helping others explore the artist within. I teach art classes to students of all ages and all abilities at my studio as well as in the virtual classroom. I have experience in several art mediums including:

Art is an expression of our interaction with God and His creation. Artistic exploration of the creative process (observing, thinking, and applying) helps to foster creative thinking. Art should draw us nearer to our Creator.
