GLOBAL EXPRESSIONS
Pack your art supplies — we’re traveling the world through art!
In this exciting class, students become global artists, exploring how people from different countries express their stories, colors, and traditions — then giving each one a modern twist! This semester brings ALL NEW art projects and art concepts for returning and new students. Draw, paint, sculpt. Students will use a wide variety of art media such as chalk pastels, colored pencils, watercolor, acrylic and more!

Discovering artistic harmony and pattern in wildlife and changing landscapes. Students will use a wide variety of art media such as chalk pastels, colored pencils, watercolor and more!

MAKER’S STUDIO II
The Art of Illusion and Imagination. Students will explore how artists create depth, movement, and visual tricks that challenge the eye. Through drawing, painting, and sculptural design, students will learn to blend technical precision with creative storytelling, perspective, value, and visual deception. All NEW art projects and concepts for new and returning students.

Second semester will bring more hands-on sewing projects designed to introduce beginners to the joys of machine sewing. We will continue to build foundational sewing skills and complete NEW adorable, functional projects. No experience necessary!

Art & Design: High School Studio Art is aimed toward high school students (ages 12+) where you’ll explore traditional and modern art techniques, creating stunning works in drawing, painting, and sculpture in a variety of mediums.
