Sewing Stories: Create a Book Lover’s Bag 2 Day Sewing Camp
Sew Your Own Book Sleeve Bag!
Calling all book lovers and creative makers! Join us for a special two-day sewing camp where students will create a beautiful padded book sleeve bag, perfect for protecting favorite books, journals, sketchbooks, or tablets.
Students will:
✂️ Cut their own fabric pieces using a pattern
🧵 Learn sewing machine skills and basic construction techniques
💜 Add pockets and a snap closure
📚 Create a functional handmade project to use all year long!
No prior sewing experience is necessary, but students should be comfortable following multi-step directions and working patiently with a sewing machine.
Ages: ADULT & Students 10+
Duration: 2 Days • 2 Hours Per Day
Class Size: Limited to just 4 Students
