About the Exhibit
Colors of Praise: Christian Artist Exhibit is a celebration of creativity designed to glorify God through artistic expression. Whether you are a watercolor artist painting waterscapes, an oil painter capturing still life, a charcoal artist sketching portraits, or a fiber artist quilting or embroidering, we welcome your work.
We are interested in all forms of Christian artwork—from realism that illustrates God’s creation to abstract pieces that celebrate the beauty of color, shape, and form. Each piece is an offering of praise, reflecting the gifts God has placed in the hearts of His people.
Entry Requirements
- Open to students (ages 15 and up) and Adults.
- Artists must live in United States of America.
- Mediums accepted: All 2D media (painting, drawing, mixed media, fiber, collage, etc.) that can be displayed flat on a wall or easel.
- Artwork must be original and created by the submitting artist. Reproductions of existing works will not be accepted.
- Artwork must be family-friendly and aligned with Christian values, glorifying God through creativity.
- The orientation of the artwork may be portrait or landscape. Maximum size: 16” x 20” including frame. Smaller works are welcome. If artist wishes to enter a larger piece, artist will be responsible for display.
- Each entry is FREE to enter. Artists may submit more than one piece.
- Artwork may be offered for sale. All sales will be handled directly by the artist.
- All entries must include a short artist statement (max 200 words).
- Artwork must be delivered by artist, Friday, December 5, 2025 from 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm or on the day of the show, December 6, 2025 between 6:45am-9:00am at River of God Church, 4607 68th St SW, Byron Center, MI. Artwork will remain on display for the entire event 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, December 6, 2025.
- Artists must pick up their artwork after the show at the designated time 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
- Artists grant permission for photos of their artwork to be used in promotional materials, social media, and event advertising.

Voting will be conducted by attendees during the event. Winners will be announced at the close of the show.
